Brand New Iphone 5 No Signal ?

Brand new black Iphone 5 16gb. It has front and back protectors on. However It shows no signal and was on O2 network. Shows the 3G connection and network name. No accessories, it is ONLY THE PHONE. Has warranty until 3rd October 2013. Everything else is working. Could be an easy fix. Grab a bargain.
