iPhone 4s 16gb Black immaculate condition !

>>>>>>>>>>>>>READ<<<<<<<<< Will not work in the uk as i think the imei has been blocked, i put my sim card in and get 4 blank bars on the signal,although im not sure what network it is either, not totally sure im just going by what i have read online It was found in the bus station b4 xmas and handed in, was password protected so couldnt call any1 on it either, went unclaimed and translink posted to me today, its like brand new and not a mark on it, im told it will work in any other country outside the uk like normal. its fully usable now except you cant make calls on it it just says call failed dont buy unless your heading away somewhere or you know how to fix it
