Iphone 4 swap for Samsung Galaxy Nexus ?

I have a black Iphone 4 with 32GB storage on the 02 network. The phone is 6 months old and is in good condition. There are some wear and tear around the phone. The phone is running IOS 5.1.1 and is jailbroken (untethered) with lots of games installed. I will supply the charger, the sync cable and a case with the phone. I am looking to swap the phone for a unlocked/02 network Galaxy Nexus that is in near mint condition. It also has to come with a charger. Please contact me if you are interested. (SMS preferred)
