only 4 mths old comes but has hardly been used,boxed with unused accessories instruction manuals,has had screen protector on since the day i bought it and has also been in a jelly case so its in near mint condition 1 small scratch on ear piece but nothing too noticable and doesnt affect look or use of fone,no swaps as im selling due to an upgrade to the galaxy s3,i paid over 400 for this in may selling for 265ono
